Description:
For the residents of Ulice bratov Uèakar we managed the project of renovating the flat roof by helping with the call for application documentation, the selection of the building contractor and by supervising.
The construction work was done by Montim d.o.o. and now has a positive reference for us. The whole roofing system is made on the instructions from Bauder with bitumen plates.

Description:
Right beneath the castle Podèetrtek we managed and supervised the project of constructing touristic apartments Ortenia, which are built with a low energy standard, with a low carbon footprint, ecologically oriented and Sustainability of Construction. The project was managed from the very start, through the process of selecting two excellent construction planners Petra Ostanek and Tinka Prekoviè, who had the chance to create the whole project including the furnishing. Description:
In the village of Križe near Tržiè that lays in the Gorenjska region, investors Barbara and Boštjan have, with our help at management and supervising, created a creative workshop in the mountains.
The house has 4 floors and can be used for the organization of workshops, as well as using one of the six double bed rooms to spend the night in or alternatively using the dormitory. The building was renovated into a low energy house with great technical characteristics.

Description:
In the picturesque area of Phuket – Rawai beach, apartments are being built for individual buyers who wish to invest into real estate, for privet use or simply for renting to tourists. More about the project at www.duangjai.si. The structure is made out of a concrete skeleton frame filled with aerated concrete. The building has its own drinking water borehole and a reservoir for rainwater on its roof. The pool is located in the attic. In the renovation plan a new building with rooms is scheduled to be built beside the primary building as the buildings new purpose is to be turned into a hotel. A new larger pool on the roof top will be built as well, from which there is a splendid view of the Ruwai and the east coast of Phuket.

Dr Konekt d.o.o. is a store that sells stone that comes from Asia. The investor wanted to build a passive store on the minimum area needed, which he succeeded at. The investors wish to achieve the highest of construction standards lead to installing the facade “Qbiss” produced by the company Trimo which is a ventilated facade and so it helps with the power saving. The project was designed by the architect Sonja Oblak Burnik.

Description:
The architects Špela Colja and Marjan Lipièar who have opened the salon Ventovarna, as the first eko salon in Slovenia, which has a low carbon footprint and is made from human-friendly materials. Our job was to install the drywall system, so that the focus would be on environmentally friendly garden materials.

Description:
With the help of a liquid polyurethane based waterproofing we were able to solve the problem which occurred in the contact between the aluminum frame and concrete of the vestibule where there was a leak. Quarts sand is added to the final layer of the waterproofing. Applying the liquid waterproofing took two days to complete, because it was done in phases which lasted a couple of hours. While applying the liquid waterproofing we had to be careful and protect the other materials so that we wouldn’t stain them with the liquid waterproofing.

Description:
We prepared the offer documents for the company VG5 d.o.o., gained the business and managed segment A of the public tender, which was “replacement of windows and facade on the Elektro Slovenija office building, Hajdrihova”. The work was carried out professionally in a short time frame with excellent subcontractors and nice weather.

All the windows in the building have been replaced and old facade was replaced with the Weber facade with the thickness of 8 cm, on the area of about 5,000 m2.

Description:
Private classically built house on an exceptional location above Grosuplje. The design and execution were influenced by the investor to a great degree. The problem with the retaining wall which dominates on the parcel.
The building is being constructed for a big family and has an elevator. The entrance into the building is in the attic, where the access road to the house is. The building is leaning against the hill and the residential floor is the 1st floor that is under the access road, or rather above the retaining wall. The building is classically isolated.

Description:
The building is built in the old city center of Ljubljana, between “Mestni trg” and “Cankarjevo Nabrežje”, according to the instructions of the architectural biro Sadar&Vuga. The dimensions of the building, design, construction time and expenses were influenced by the guidelines of the Institute for cultural heritage, groundwater and also archaeological excavations, which was discovered priceless archaeological finds from the 9th century.
Managing the entire construction project included, supervision of the construction process, coordinating everyone involved, the search for the needed permits and approvals and managing relations with the neighbors. We also encountered a problem of compliment from all consent authorities, electricity, water and sewage, hot water and the installation of these urgent inlets and outlets to the building on the narrow “Krojaška ulica”. The building is fully utilized and designed in a modern style, which is why it was accepted into the group of “Design hotels”.

Description:
For quality implementation of horizontal waterproofing of terrace above the living room, we proposed using the polyurethane coating Kemper 2K-PUR.
For a quality base, we put Styrodur insulation plates in thickness of 20 cm on the existing AB plate and then on top of that we placed concrete screeds and after drying we finalized the terrace with the Kemper coating.
Previously, we implemented insulation of the contact between the vertical and horizontal with which we avoided saturation during the construction and while waiting for screed to dry out.

Description:
A passive built building in Repinje that is facing the east, the bottom concrete part of the building is also built in the passive style. The building also has a 1st floor and an attic. The 1st floor is at the level of the surrounding terrain where most of the happening will be going on. The roof is partly double-pitched and partly flat. The attic has an entrance to the terrace. The house technology involved solving the correct way of implementing the thermal insulation and airtightness of the building.
A heat pump is used for the buildings heating and the horizontal collectors for the heat pump are placed into the ground.

Description:
Following the architecture of Mrs. Petra Ostanek and very well made project for execution plans, a passive house was built in a beautiful location in the center of Novo mesto. The concrete cellar is a part of the passive stricture as well, which has a 25 cm layer of thermal isolation beneath the foundation plate. The building is rectangular, simple double-pitched roof, the focus was on the extension of the purlin – roof overhang. The floor plan is dynamic, since the living room takes up the whole height of the building. The attic has an indoor balcony. Interestingly divided interior.

Description:
In a very short timeframe of only 58 days, we succeeded to complete both construction and finishing works, as well as open the building on the 1st of December. The technology of work required dividing the contractors in three groups, because that was the only way to catch the deadline and solve the interplay between construction phases. All the works were managed on the construction site. The restaurant was designed by a well-known architect Mika Cimolini. With her help we successfully aligned and adjusted the possibilities of implementation, design and the investors wishes.

Description:

Description:
Architect Klun Robert had a difficult task of placing a low energy building into the slope and maintain good lightness and correct positioning regarding the correct orientation towards the sun, but he made it together with his team. With its irregular window form, the building will always be architectural interesting.

The building is placed among low energy buildings but not among 3-5L,
because of the investors desires for wooden windows. Isolation trendisol is blown into circumferential walls in thickness of 18 cm and 25 cm inside the roof, which is flat and covered with Sika foil.

The façade was made out of natural wooden plates which were thermally treated. This gives the façade a log lasting look.

At the borders and to variegate the façade the architect added Max interior plates.

The whole project was carried out in a year.

Description:
The facility is on the ground floor of the City Park shopping centre. Dry wall works included the delivery and assembling of the splinter plates on galvanized underconstruction, and the construction had to be thickened. Paintworks were demanding, because the color shades and quality construction of the corners are changing from one shopping space to another. altough we were pressed for time, this did not show in the quality of the works.

Description:
The Chinese restaurant was built at the spot where Nordsee inn used to stand. Company Bitermo was in charge of adaptation and modification. We carried out the iron supporting construction, we set up all the chinese conclusions and all the drywall works and paintworks.

Description:
Domino hotel is located along the Dunajska cesta next to the Northern
circular bypass in Ljubljana. The hotel has 9 floors and three cellar levels.
There is a Wellness center and a conference center in the second cellar,
Casino Ljubljana in the first cellar and a reception room on the ground floor.
The first floor is a restaurant section. Rooms on each floor are divided by
plaster partition walls, a ceiling and a lining. All partition walls and shafts are
made in accordance with sound and fire requirements.

Description:
The construction of the ventilated ceramic facade was in our hands. The facade ceramic plates (dim 60x60 cm) are fixed to the aluminium underconstruction, which was, according to the static plan, partly fixed partly flexibly adjusted to the facade wall. Because of the partial adaptaion of the building (former cinema hall) on the Cherepovecki street, the fundamental walls were not vertical, the work was very demanding and during the construction works the temperature was as low as -10 and down to -20 degrees. The construction works were completed in record time of 46 days.

Description:
The building is located ic Citycenter Celje, on the ground floor, opposite the entrance to the Interspar shop. Because of the specific sale of the crystal products this shop requires a high level of lighting. Because of the manner of construction of the entire shopping mall the construction of the Swarovski shop was a peculiar challenge, where proper adjustment among the performers of individual works and timing of the works were decisive.

Description:
Imperio Mexicano Celje facility was entirely conducted and carried out from the third construction phase by the Elitbau d.o.o. company. The manager of the building was Jolanda Kalan. The outline leader of the interior was Matej Lampiè - Lampa. Because of the swift construction of the entire centre the complete organization of the construction was subjected to the time plan of the centre opening. Subcontractors, electricians, plumbers, fitters, welders, technical kitchen equipment and final interiorists successfully collaborated on this project under the lead of Elitbau company.
